HOWARD, Judge.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment against appellant in an action for indemnification.

Vernon Smith, an employee of the Anaconda Company was injured when a vulcanizer manufactured by Shaw-Almex Industries, Ltd. (Shaw), a Canadian corporation, and distributed by appellant, Litton Systems, Inc. (Litton), exploded. Smith sued Anaconda and Litton. Litton's insurance carrier then notified Shaw of the pending litigation by letter...
