Defendants Moss and Lefkowitz appeal from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas and raise a single assignment of error, as follows:
"The trial court's judgment imposing personal liability upon Messrs. Moss and Lefkowitz is contrary to law because said defendants, prior to the time the debts in question were incurred, had withdrawn from the limited partnerships and filed amended certificates of limited partnership evidencing...
