Plaintiff, Herman Riley, individually and as administrator of the estate of his minor son, Carlen Jones, obtained an $8,144.05 judgment against defendants, American Motorists Insurance Company; Texaco, Inc.; and Marshall Robertson, Jr., for general and special damages incurred in a bicycle-truck accident.
