This is an appeal by Travis Dale Jones, the natural father, from an order of the trial court terminating his parental rights to his daughter, Lara Diane Jones. The suit was filed by Patricia Elaine Minter, the natural mother, and her present husband, Jerry Dale Minter, and it was alleged that the father failed to support the child in accordance with his ability during a period of one year ending within six months of the date of the filing of the petition...
