RABINOWITZ, Justice.

After trial by jury in 1973, Joshuway Davis was convicted on five counts of selling heroin and one count of possessing heroin. The superior court sentenced Davis to serve a term of ten years, the maximum, on each count. The sentences on two of the counts were made to run consecutively and the other three counts to run concurrently. Thus, the total term of imprisonment ordered was twenty years.
