This is a dental malpractice case.

Mary Williford sued Dr. Richard L. Banowsky for damages as a result of personal injuries allegedly incurred as a result of a cut received while obtaining dental treatment. The trial court instructed a verdict for Dr. Banowsky. From the take nothing judgment, Mrs. Williford appeals. We affirm.
