TITUS, Judge.

Movant was convicted by a Jasper County jury of robbery in the first degree by means of a dangerous and deadly weapon. §§ 560.120 and 560.135.1 The conviction was affirmed on appeal. State v. Johnson, 522 S.W.2d 106 (Mo.App.1975). The present appeal is from the judgment of the trial court denying movant's pro se Rule 27.26 motion without an evidentiary hearing.
