deLaurier, a school teacher, appeals the decision of the district court that her rights under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 were not violated when her employer, the San Diego Unified School District, required her to go on leave at the beginning of her ninth month of pregnancy, refused to allow her to use accumulated sick leave benefits during that leave of absence, and declined to guarantee...
