The defendant appeals from a jury verdict of guilty on five counts of a six-count indictment. We affirm.

Count I charged the defendant, Scott Voeltz, and Robert Braumann with violating 18 U.S.C. § 371 by conspiring to commit wire and mail fraud, and interstate transportation and receiving of stolen property, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341, 1343, 2314, and 2315.
