CONNOR, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order denying appellant's motion to set aside a default judgment. We affirm.

On April 22, 1976, Thomas and Mary Ann Thompson filed a verified complaint in superior court against their landlord, Homer Miracle. The complaint alleged that Miracle had disconnected the Thompsons' electricity, assaulted and threatened Mary Ann Thompson, committed trespass, breached his statutory duties as a landlord, and...
