LEWIS, Judge.

This is an appeal by plaintiffs-appellants, Abbie P. Waldron and Phoebe P. Davis, Co-Conservators of Phoebe T. Peay, from the dismissal of their suit against defendant-appellee, Commerce Union Bank.
