This suit was brought by appellees, Carroll Zoeller, et al., property owners in North Barcroft Estate Unit No. 1, against appellant Jack J. Schulz, to enjoin the violations of restrictive covenants in his deed. Appellees base their cause of action on allegations that appellant had violated that restrictive covenant in his deed which reads, "All buildings must be completed not later than six months after laying foundation and no structures or house...
