Cannella, District Judge, 195 U.S.P.Q. 49 (1977), awarding to plaintiff Mary L. Wormley declaratory and injunctive relief, together with $177,980.73 damages ($73,242.46 against defendants Olympic Records Corporation and Joseph Abend; $104,738.17 against defendant Crown Publishers, Inc.), plus interest and costs...
