Defendants appeal from the final judgment of the District Court, Gallatin County, sitting without a jury. Plaintiff brought action against defendants on the grounds of breach of lease and unlawful detainer. Defendants answered and counterclaimed seeking damages for plaintiff's alleged breach of the covenant of peaceful and quiet possession. The District Court found for plaintiff and awarded $6,102 in damages,
