The Plaintiffs, the Inhabitants of the Town of Kennebunkport and the selectmen of that town, appeal (1) from a judgment of the Superior Court in York County denying the Plaintiff's claim that the Town had acquired a right of way by prescription over a road and "turn-around" located on the property of the Defendants, Robert R. Forrester, Jr., and Katherine C. Forrester, in Kennebunkport; and (2) from denial by the court below of the Plaintiffs' motion...
