NICHOLS, Justice.

The Defendant, Marshall Carmichael, was convicted of two counts of sodomy1 following jury trial in Superior Court in Aroostook County.2 He appeals from the judgment of conviction entered on the verdicts.

We sustain the appeal.

The alleged victim and chief prosecution witness was the Defendant's nephew, fourteen years old at the time...
