This is a condemnation suit brought by the City of El Paso against the Appellees, R. E. Knapp and R. A. Knapp, for the taking on September 4, 1973, of six parcels of land containing a total of some 63.5 acres out of a larger tract of 1,230 acres of rural land owned by the Defendants.
