OPINION

HENRY, Chief Justice.

We granted certiorari1 in this criminal action to determine whether information obtained from an undisclosed informant, standing alone, formed a sufficient basis of probable cause to justify a warrantless arrest. A secondary issue is whether petitioner waived his right to assert this error by failing to move to suppress the evidence.
