This tort action was originally brought in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland under 28 U.S.C. § 1332 after removal from the Circuit Court for Baltimore County pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441. All defendants then moved to dismiss the complaint for lack of in personam jurisdiction and, in an opinion reported at 435 F.Supp. 513
