This is an appeal from a Franklin Circuit Court judgment upholding the statutory prohibition against making campaign contributions of any kind to a candidate for the office of Property Valuation Administrator. Because of the immediate nature of the question presented, on October 13, 1977, we issued an order reversing the judgment of the circuit court and indicated that a full opinion would follow.
