This is an appeal from a decision in the Clark County Chancery Court affecting the ownership of 215 acres of land. The case originated when some of the heirs of Sam and Cadder Frazier filed a suit to partition the land. The suit was filed by five of the Frazier heirs or their representatives on September 25, 1974.
