Relator, state treasurer, custodian of the special compensation fund, has sought review by writ of certiorari1 of the March 8, 1977 findings and determination of the workers' compensation judge awarding employee-respondent Kathryn Arens $3,241.31, as affirmed by the Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals.
