This appeal arises out of a long and bitter action for the dissolution of the marriage between the appellant, Stanley Spriggs Culver and the appellee, Martha Virginia Culver. The action was commenced by Mrs. Culver on November 24, 1972. A decree dissolving the marriage was entered on December 12, 1975.
