Appellant was convicted of misdemeanor embezzlement (D.C.Code 1973, § 22-1202) and sentenced to one year's imprisonment. Execution of the sentence was suspended and appellant was placed on supervised probation for two years. On appeal, she claims that the 19-month delay between arrest and trial deprived her of her right to a speedy trial.
