Judgment was rendered for plaintiff's full damages on a jury verdict embracing findings that both plaintiff and a defendant committed acts which were the proximate causes of a rear-end collision, but apportioning the negligence which caused the occurrence at zero per cent for plaintiff and one hundred per cent for the defendant.
