This is an appeal from a conviction for speeding, wherein the punishment was assessed by the jury at a fine of $175.00.

The record reflects that on November 20, 1975 the appellant entered a plea of nolo contendere in the Municipal Court of the city of Arlington to a complaint charging him with speeding.
