A.G.S. Electronics, Ltd. ("AGS") has commenced this action for treble damages under the federal antitrust laws and for breach of contract under state law. As to the federal causes of action contained in Counts I-III of the amended complaint, jurisdiction is asserted pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1331.
