In this action under article 15 of the Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law, plaintiff has been adjudged to be the owner of a certain parcel of real property in Greene County despite the conflicting assertions of others to ownership of the same or a portion of the same land. Sharing a common interest, the defendants Lane and the defendant Princeton Ski Bowl, Inc., appeal from that determination, but they no longer contest the validity of plaintiff's superior record title...
