On January 19, 1976 a Tompkins County Grand Jury indicted petitioner on counts of manslaughter in the second degree (Penal Law, § 125.15), criminally negligent homicide (Penal Law, § 125.10), and driving while intoxicated (Vehicle and Traffic Law, § 1192).
