FERREN, Associate Judge:

This is a custody case brought by the father. After trial, the court permitted the mother to amend her pleadings with a counterclaim conforming to the evidence, since the court at the conclusion of trial had orally awarded custody of the minor child to the mother and ordered the father to pay child support. The court also granted the" father visitation rights, conditioned on a $7,500 bond. Later, the court awarded the mother separate maintenance...
