State narcotics officers were conducting an undercover investigation in Boise in December of 1975. On December 15, 1975, an undercover agent made a phone call at 5:30 p.m. to the residence of Joan Gossi in Boise. As a result of the call the agent arranged to buy ten pounds of marijuana from Mrs. Gossi. At 6:20 p.m. this officer, with two other undercover agents, drove to the Gossi residence to make the buy.
