Jess Parrish seeks review of a final order of the Public Employees Relations Commission (PERC) dated June 30, 1977. While the appeal was pending before this court, upon motion of PERC, we relinquished jurisdiction to it for 30 days for the entry of an amended order, which was issued December 12, 1977. The original order had adopted all the findings of the recommended order by the hearing officer. The amended order adopted all but one of the recommendations...
