This is a suit for declaratory judgment. Suit was brought by James R. Adams and Donald G. Adams, hereinafter called "plaintiffs", against Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company, hereinafter called "defendant", to determine whether or not defendant, under an existing insurance policy, had the duty to defend plaintiffs in an action brought against them by a third person.
