HATCHETT, Justice.

Chapter 76-361, Laws of Florida provides for a reduction in rent to be paid by leaseholders to the Santa Rosa Island Authority in an amount equal to the ad valorem taxes paid on that leasehold interest for county and school purposes during the previous year. Since the trial court found this statute to be unconstitutional, we have jurisdiction pursuant to Article V, Section 3(b)(1), Florida Constitution...
