Properties, Ltd., appeal a final judgment entered after trial by jury finding that appellants had violated the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, by failing to pay their employee, Graser, overtime pay and minimum wages.1 Graser cross-appeals from the trial court's denial of his petition for liquidated damages following the entry of the verdict in his favor.
