This is an appeal by defendant Steven J. Cheney from an order of the Hennepin County District Court which denied defendant's motion for a new trial or amended findings of fact and conclusions of law in an action brought by plaintiff G & R Investment Corporation to recover a real estate broker's fee. We affirm.
