In this action, ex contractu, plaintiff seeks damages for breach of contract from Siuslaw Enterprises, Inc. (hereinafter defendant Siuslaw) and William Phillips (hereinafter defendant Phillips), principal shareholder in defendant Siuslaw. The case was tried to the court without a jury on certain documentary exhibits and stipulated facts. Plaintiff appeals from a judgment for defendants.
