Appellant filed suit against her two sisters seeking to establish that an oral family settlement agreement had been entered into some thirteen years before their father's death, whereby the three sisters allegedly agreed that if their father died leaving a will that gave preference to any of them, they would divide their father's estate among themselves in equal shares.
