Plaintiff brought this action against her former husband, alleging that he had "engaged in an intentional course of conduct designed to inflict emotional stress and mental anguish." The conduct complained of consisted of 10 incidents, some of which were individual acts and some of which were groups of substantially identical acts committed at different times. The jury returned a verdict for $7,500 general damages and $10,000 punitive damages...
