BOSLAUGH, Justice.

The plaintiff, Darrell Yerg, brought this action to recover damages and to enjoin the defendant, Marvin M. Hunt, from obstructing public access to the plaintiff's property by way of an easement along the east edge of the defendant's property. The trial court found that the east 30 feet of the defendant's property was a part of a public road and that the defendant had been unreasonably interfering with the passage of traffic over the road.
