In this certiorari proceeding we review a Family Court decree of April 19, 1976, awarding the wife a temporary allowance for support and other relief pending a hearing on the merits of her petition for divorce. The husband challenges the propriety of that decree on several grounds, among them that the removal of the case to the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island...
