This case involves death benefits under the Texas Workmen's Compensation Law. Texas Employers' Insurance Association, hereinafter referred to as "Texas Employers", initiated this lawsuit, seeking to set aside an award made by the Industrial Accident Board to Betty Jean Prasek, the widow of Robert John Prasek.
