JOHNSON, Judge.

Plaintiff brought this action under the Oregon Tort Claims Act, ORS 30.260 to 30.300, alleging fraud by the defendant community college. The trial court entered a judgment for defendant notwithstanding a jury verdict of $12,500 on the ground that defendant was immune from tort liability for the alleged misrepresentations.
