OPINION

DALLY, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for attempted murder; punishment is imprisonment for twelve years.

The trial court's failure to appoint counsel to represent appellant during his trial is asserted to be reversible error. The State responds that the appellant attempted to manipulate his right to counsel in such a manner as to obstruct and interfere with the fair administration of justice and that the court did not err in failing...
