The appellant was indicted and convicted for robbery and sentenced to ten years' imprisonment. As ground for reversing the judgment of conviction the appellant relies solely on the failure of the trial court to grant his motion for new trial alleging that newly discovered evidence warranted the setting aside of the verdict of guilty and the granting of a new trial.
