On these consolidated appeals from convictions by a jury of assault with a dangerous weapon1 (an automobile), error is claimed by appellant Johnson in the denial of his motion for a judgment of acquittal, and by appellant Logan in the trial court's failure to give a requested instruction on "accident", his theory of the case. Both appellants claim error in permitting testimony concerning "high crime areas...
