The defendant appeals from his conviction of murder in the second degree of one Robert G. Holt. We affirm the conviction.

The focus of the defendant's argument on appeal is his claim that the trial judge improperly permitted the introduction of evidence of prior consistent statements made by one Paul Fernald, the only witness who identified the defendant as present at the scene of the crime.
