This is an appeal from an amended order in a child-neglect proceeding permanently terminating a natural father's visitation rights. Because such permanent termination violates the statutory provision limiting "dispositional orders" initially to two years, subject to one-year extensions after notice and hearing, D.C.Code 1973, § 16-2322, we vacate the order and remand the case to the trial court...
