Jewell Jividen and Brycle Jividen, her husband, instituted an action against Roger Legg and Ellsworth Legg, charging that Roger negligently drove an automobile against Jewell, at the time a pedestrian, and caused her to suffer serious permanent injuries. Brycle sued for the loss of consortium, services and companionship of his wife.
