The plaintiffs in this anti-trust case ask damages and injunctive relief for violation of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1, 2. Plaintiffs are five chiropractors engaged in the private practice of chiropractic in Virginia and West Virginia who challenge the peer review procedure utilized by health insurance carriers in conjunction with the Virginia Chiropractors Association.
